Flax seeds 1 teaspoon

Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp

Few rose petals 

How to prepare:

Put all the ingredients in a steel vessel

Boil it with 2 glasses of water

Boil it for 15 minutes

Filter in a clean cloth to get maximum solution

      and keep in a spray bottle.
